The finding of research conducted at Institute of Sustainable Agrotechnology are shared with local farmers to increase the productivity of mango trees and treatment of any diseases. This course is held free of charge to local farmers who mostly cultivate mango trees in this state. This knowledge transfer is held in theory and practice on farm plots to ensure that each participant can understand the correct methods related to tree care. This course was attended by almost 40 local farmers, government agencies and students.

INSAT organized a two-day short course to provide technical exposure to the agricultural drone entrepreneur community around Perlis. This course emphasizes technical aspects related to the assembly of agricultural drone components and the minor repairs required in the event of damage. The participants were also exposed to drone control techniques during a hands-on session at INSAT's Agri-TVET Training plot. This program was attended by the agricultural drone community, government agency staff, and UniMAP staff.

A program on knowledge transfer and demonstration of the agricultural robot, the Remote Control Grass Machine, was held at the Cabana Hill Farm in Abi, Perlis. This hands-on course was organized in collaboration with the Koperasi Harumanis Perlis (KOHAMAS) and several owners of Harumais farm in Perlis. The course aimed to promote innovative products developed by UniMAP research grant to benefit farmers and local community. 

Throughout the program, researchers and engineers from the Institute of Sustainable Agrotechnology (INSAT) at UniMAP provided knowledge sharing session on technical aspects, including high torque DC motor technology, methods for identifying machine problems, and periodic servicing of the product. The course was attended by the Chairman of KOHAMAS, Mr. Ahmad Puat bin Mat Kasim, and other Harumanis farmers from the Abi area and nearby regions. This half-day course successfully provided additional knowledge on the latest technology applicable in agriculture, particularly in farm operations.

A program on knowledge transfer and demonstration of innovative products related to the use of plant pest repellents, specifically Pest Repellents, was held at the Cabana Hill Farm in Abi, Perlis. This program was organized in collaboration with the Koperasi Harumanis Perlis (KOHAMAS) and involved Harumanis farmers from Perlis. The main objective was to provide detailed exposure to the use and maintenance of this innovative product, which utilizes IoT systems, electronic technology applications, and methods for repairing damage components align with Agriculture 4.0 Technology. The program was attended by the local farmers, government agency and Harumanis farmers from Perlis. During this program, several numbers of engineers from UniMAP provide technical instruction to setup this product in large farm area. This half-day course successfully provide additional knowledge on the latest technology that can be applied in agriculture to control plant pests.
