A short course on the prepration of 13 types of spices (Rempah Masakan) namely Masala, Kuzi, Gulai Darat, Kari Ayam/Daging, Kari Ikan, Khurma, Sup, Pajeri, Opor, Soto and Rempah Nasi Daging. A bonus recipe of Briyani Johor Spice will be given. Limited seats of 20 persons per session so please register early. Participants will also be exposed on the pasteurization technique without [preservatives in order to ensure a long shelf life of the prepared spices and also aluminium pouch packaging. A fee of RM350 per person. The class will be in Feb 2018.
