The B&B Daniel I.C. Wang Award was initiated in 2008 to honor a younger member of our dynamic community and is presented annually at the National ACS Meeting at a session of the BIOT. Information is provided below and is also available on the journal homepage at https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/page/journal/10970290/homepage/daniel_i.c._wang_award.htm.

Eligibility

• Published in Biotechnology and Bioengineering in the last 3 years
• 35 years old or younger (as of December 31, 2018), or under 8 years from granting of a Ph.D.
• Has shown a sustained commitment to the Journal and the community it serves

Nomination Process

The nomination package should include
1) Two nomination letters explaining how the candidate meets the above criteria
2) A CV of the candidate, AND
3) A separate page listing the following information:

• Name of Nominee
• Present Position
• Date of Birth
• Year Ph.D. Granted
• List of Eligible Publications

Incomplete nomination packages will not be considered.
